Driver #57 Super 4
Driver of the #57 Super 4 is Lew Moulton, age 50, live in Currituck, NC, and I have been racing for the past 2 years, after a 22 year layoff. Thanks to Kemp Motorsports and Darold Kemp I drove a 80's model Mustang with a stock motor for all but 4 of the races in 2006, and in 2007 we built a new car from a tube chassis. The 2008 season started with a 3rd place finish for our new car. We continued to be consistant by finishing the first half of the season in 4th place in points. The second half gave us some problems with motor problems and finding out that our motor was a stock 2300 that we had blown the rings and damaged a head. With 4 weeks of problems, broken parts, and other things on the car that caused us to finish 3 of the 4 out of the top 10, we put things together and clumb back to 5th in points where we finished the season. Over all we had a good season with 2 top 5's and 12 top 10's with a stock motor and a new chassis. This was all due to the hard work of Darold Kemp, Robin, Jon, and my team mates, Travis Kemp (Stock 4 Champion), and Chris Williamson. For 2008 we are working on a new motor for the race car to allow us to compete with the front runners and to perform better for our fans and sponsors.
